I recently purchased a Sony A7 IV camera from Henry's Camera store, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Ara, the staff member who assisted me, went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect camera within my budget. The level of service provided was truly exceptional, leaving a lasting impression. Went to check out Fujifilm camera, the ones I was interested in were sold out. But the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. They also provided drawing supplies for my little kid which helped a lot while I was talking to them. Big thumb up!

If they don't have a stock don't buy it from Henry's Camera. I felt like they don't know and they don't care when you can get the product you bought. They can't do anything for you. Just talk to credit card company if it delays 30 days or more and if they don't give you money back. Worst Camera store I ever experienced.

Amazing and knowledgeable service. Aly and Ara were super helpful, very patient and answered all of my (many) questions. Ara even took the time to give me a "how to get started" lesson. So helpful!!! And here is the first picture I took with my new gear!

Recently purchased my first mirrorless camera, Nikon Zf, at Henry’s. I can say it’s the greatest camera shop in Vancouver. All sales are very knowledgeable and helpful. Especially, Ken, he helped me for my trade-in. He is very patient and professional. He tried to explain all available options and what protection plan they can offer. I had also made a few changes on my purchase; and he helped me to do so without any hassle. A+++ service. Will come back again for my next purchase.

Had a great experience shopping for my new Camera bag at Henry's. They have a great collection. Staff was very friendly and Aradhana especially was very helpful. They matched the price for the bag when I told them I found a better price online. Got a free 8x10 print as well. I was very impressed with the print quality, definitely better than London drugs.

Henry’s is my go to camera store in Vancouver. As a photographer I have visited most of the stores in Vancouver and no other store can match up to the customer service and selection of products that Henry’s offers. The store has a very welcoming atmosphere for which I credit Aradhana, the store manager and all the other staffs. Aradhana is extremely helpful and friendly and gives strong advices for all my photography requirements. I love the amazing deals that the store offers and highly recommend this store for all photography purchases. Thanks for the in store complimentary coffee too !!!
